The State College Area School District is currently accepting applications for an anticipated Academic Literacy Teacher at Mount Nittany Middle School.
The ability to establish relationships with students and collaborate with colleagues is critical to success in this position. The successful candidate must demonstrate a commitment to diversity and recognize that equity and inclusivity are foundational to ensuring every student has opportunities to grow, thrive and fulfill their potential through caring, responsive education.
The District seeks dynamic, energetic educators who are student-focused and have knowledge of both theory and practice specific to the education of middle school learners. Organizational and collaborative skills are critical to success in this position. The District is searching for candidates who demonstrate a commitment to professional growth and development and also possess a variety of professional experiences.
