ODEE | Extended EducationJob Description: The Academic Program Services Specialist for the Digital Learning Extended Education Outreach Programs manages and develops program services supporting both academic credit awarding and non-credit learning opportunities, primarily for post-traditional learners and older adult learners. Primary contact supporting a successful onboarding and enrollment experience for the program post traditional and older adult learners. This position has a broad knowledge of and exposure to the various university learning enrollment options, and the processes and systems supporting learner enrollment (admissions and course registration). Has awareness and understanding of various university guidelines, business policies and processes and the key university contacts, particularly related to program finance and funding, and enrollment concerns. Contributes knowledge and expertise to university and organizational strategy development and program and services proposal and development. Uses knowledge and project management skills in developing, implementing, and independently managing outreach program support services. Serves as resource for team members, offering knowledge and expertise to project and solution development and problem solving.
Required Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Four (4) years of relevant experience required.
Desired Education/Experience
Advanced degree in relevant field desired. Four to eight (4-8) years of relevant experience desired.
Additional Information:
The Targeted Hiring Range for this position is $49,800 to $66,400.
