      About this role:

      Sales Enablement & Integration, which is a part of Consumer, Small & Business Banking is seeking an Academy Business Execution Consultant. You are responsible for driving small business growth tactics in partnership Small & Business Banking Sales Leaders. The Sales Enablement & Integration team is responsible for small business banker readiness integration activities, readiness programs and proficiency, advisory tools and insights, and the adoption of sales initiatives.       In this role, you will:

      • Lead new to role, mastery and continuous training for Business Relationship Support Associate (BRSA) and Business Relationship Support Representative (BRSR) in Small & Business Banking

      • Builds scalable readiness and training solutions that enhance the skills, drive performance and align to the business goals

      • Support training for sales & operations employees across small business Small & Business Banking Roles

      • Work with senior managers and business leaders to develop support enhanced skill development that drives productivity and higher performance across small business performance, product and customer experience

      • Partner with sales leadership to define role clarity, develop skill-based learning paths and build culture of continuous learning paths

      Required Qualifications:

      • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

      Desired Qualifications:

      • Experience building readiness and training solutions that enhance banker skills and drive performance

      • 1+ years of skill and/or training program management

      • Knowledge and understanding of small business banker and relationship management roles.

      • Acumen in small business sales

      • Experienced with learning and development strategy which includes coaching and facilitation and role development

      • Previous experience with project and program management

      • Experience presenting to and working with Executive Directors and above (satisfies communication)

      • Ability to influence and build consensus among senior leaders and cross functional partners to align on strategic priorities, resolve competing interests, and drive unified execution across business initiatives

      Job Expectations:

      • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

      • This position offers a hybrid work schedule.

      Pay Range

      Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

      $96,600.00 - $171,800.00
