      Job Description:
      This job is responsible for building Academy programs that are often lower in complexity and creating job task analysis, learning maps, learning pathways, curriculum builds, and modifications. Key responsibilities include partnering with Academy teammates and Line of Business (LOB) partners to drive performance improvement, readiness initiatives, participation in governance and program management, and maintaining project tracking systems. Job expectations include working on multiple priorities simultaneously, and the ability to propose, design, and build solutions.

      The Academy Design Consultant is an individual contributor responsible for building components of new to role, in role and mastery Academy programs. The consultant is responsible for working on multiple programs and priorities simultaneously, including program design, analysis, deliverables, communications and deployment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong combination of strategic thinking, tactical planning and project management skills along with the ability to complete analysis, design & build resources and prioritize multiple tasks. The role requires the ability to develop strong partnerships and drive extensive coordination with business partners.

      Responsibilities:

      • Analyzes and designs multiple Academy programs, including developing and deploying deliverables and communications

      • Aggregates multiple sources of information and details to build and maintain credibility and influence with Academy teammates and stakeholders

      • Builds training materials that demonstrate learning transference and identifies improvement opportunities to ensure Academy programs are leveraging industry best practices

      • Partners with Line of Business (LOB) partners to determine readiness/deployment needs and assess program impacts

      • Supports regulatory/content requests, completes document reviews with key partners/principal reviews, and responds to program specific escalations

      • Partner with the Wealth Management Banking Specialist line of business (LOB) and the LOB Readiness Team to define, create and execute strategic solutions to support enterprise goals, improve operational efficiency, and deliver scalable outcomes.

      • Define success metrics which are aligned to business requirements

      • Create and manage detailed project plans, ensuring deadlines are met and business outcomes are achieved.

      • May need to help facilitate new-to-role and/or in-role-development training (backup to the Academy Manager for out of office days).

      Required Qualifications:

      • Project management experience or active/strategic collaboration in project development

      • Prior Facilitation experience

      • Strong PowerPoint skills (strong understanding of design principles, visual hierarchy, and the ability to create visually stunning and informative presentations)

      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to stakeholders and influence decision-makers

      • Exceptional organizational skills and a proven track record of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

      Desired Qualifications:

      • Prior Wealth Management Banking Specialist experience desired

      Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent

      Pay and benefits information

      Pay range

      $70,000.00 - $107,100.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

      Discretionary incentive eligible

      This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
