      Job Description:
      This job is responsible for building Academy programs with high complexity and creating job task analysis, learning maps, learning pathways, curriculum builds, and modifications. Key responsibilities include partnering with Academy teammates and Line of Business (LOB) partners to drive performance improvement, readiness initiatives, participation in governance and program management routines, and maintaining project tracking systems. Job expectations include working on multiple programs and priorities simultaneously and may provide coaching to less experienced teammates.

      Responsibilities:

      • Analyzes and designs multiple Academy programs, including developing and deploying deliverables and communications

      • Aggregates multiple sources of information and details to build and maintain credibility and influence with Academy teammates and stakeholders

      • Builds training materials that demonstrate learning transference and identifies improvement opportunities to ensure Academy programs are leveraging industry best practices

      • Partners with Line of Business (LOB) partners to determine readiness/deployment needs and assess program impacts

      • Supports regulatory/content requests, completes document reviews with key partners, and responds to program specific escalations

      Required Qualifications:

      • 3-5+ years of leadership, coaching, project management experience

      • Consumer Investments experience

      • Must be licensed and registered S7 and 66 or 63/65

      • Understands financial strategies and initiatives

      • Proven ability to coach, manage, and develop by driving proficiency in a customer centric environment

      • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities and priorities

      • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to easily engage others in dialogue, influence without direct authority, convey sincere interest in building/deepening relationships, and demonstrate a commitment to excellence

      • Effective communication skills (including verbal, non-verbal, written and presentation) and grammar/spelling

      • Active listening skills, including the ability to consult and influence virtually

      • Demonstrated problem solving, strong follow-up skills and ability to escalate and gain resolution as needed

      • Proficiency in day-to-day risk identification and mitigation, and ability to communicate and reinforce the enterprise risk culture

      • Strong organizational skills including the ability to move projects forward and complete complex tasks within specific timeline

      • Proficiency in computer skills and professional programs (for example, Microsoft Office), and perform administrative tasks without help of administrative assistant.

      • Strong organization and research skills

      • Ability to closely follow Standardized Operating Procedures for content development, storage, and maintenance

      Pay and benefits information

      Pay range

      $95,000.00 - $150,800.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

      Discretionary incentive eligible

      This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
