      Job Description:
      This job is responsible for collaborating with Academy teammates to support the design and execution of Academy products and programs, ensuring the end-to-end completeness of all outputs. Key responsibilities include ensuring teammates are able to deliver on organizational priorities and operate the day-to-day activities of the Academy by managing material, people, process, and/or technical changes. Job expectations include the ability to drive adoption and utilize Academy tools and providing oversight and integration of Academy initiatives.

      Workflow management supporting the bank/vendor QA process (ticketing, managing expedited requests, request escalation resolution, vendor meetings, reporting, etc.) and well as supporting the myHelp job performance tool process, plus various third party governance and process mapping responsibilities.


      Responsibilities:

      • Designs and maintains inter- and intra- Academy productivity tools, and provides internal capability for production of Academy resources and materials

      • Facilitates meetings, capturing key outcomes and actions and owning project and process documentation

      • Leads project management activities for Academy projects and initiatives

      • Builds partnerships with Academy teammates and Line of Business (LOB) partners to proactively identify opportunities for process improvements

      • Enables and supports program design and execution across the Academy, ensuring completeness and accuracy of outputs

      • Provides oversight and integration of key Academy initiatives including regulatory, vendor management, and governance routines

      • Serves as a point of contact for business level priorities and activities

      • Support the QA portfolio daily activities, both from the vendor and the requestor perspective

      • Provide leadership in the myHelp catalog management process and future end-user enhancements

      • Engage in the internal/external resourcing process to align the right resources, to the right work, at the right time

      • Help maintain the PoP tool/Single process inventory (SPI) management and maintenance for the existing preferred vendor processes

      • Support the Vendor payment business controls process (back up to primary owner)

      • May surface issues affecting various Academy learning tools supported by the Vendor Services team (myHelp, WebEx, etc.)

      • Exercise independent judgment in directing teammates and partners to achieve results

      • Facilitate cross-functional activities, initiatives, and discussion groups with partners and stakeholders to ensure end to end recoverability

      Required Qualifications:

      • Experience with content management

      • Familiarity with the Academy Tool Kit (LEAP, myHelp, Academy on Demand, etc)

      • Ability to work effectively in deadline-oriented situations and maintaining attention to detail while pivoting throughout the day to various meetings

      • Demonstrated ability to effectively partner and collaborate with various organizations and management levels

      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate complex and/or technical information

      • Exceptional organizational skills, including ability to prioritize work across multiple business objectives and meet deadlines

      Desired Qualifications:

      • Excel, PowerPoint and Visio skills preferred
