      Job Description:

      This job is responsible for collaborating with Academy teammates to support the design and execution of Academy products and programs, ensuring the end-to-end completeness of all outputs. Key responsibilities include ensuring teammates are able to deliver on organizational priorities and operate the day-to-day activities of the Academy by managing material, people, process, and/or technical changes. Job expectations include the ability to drive adoption and utilize Academy tools and providing oversight and integration of Academy initiatives.

      This Academy Enablement Consultant will support the Assignment Management Team area of Learning Operations and Support, within the Enterprise Regulatory Learning and Governance organization.. This position is responsible for assigning training submitted for myLearning assignment via various tools. Key responsibilities include executing required processes to ensure Bank courses are delivered to the right users at the right time, handling tickets that route to queue that need review, research or escalated support and serving as a backup contact/SME for our offshore vendor partners. Other responsibilities include supporting various Help requests, and consulting with Academy teammates on how to best identify assignment options. Job expectations include managing a high volume of work, in a fast-paced environment with a very high level of attention to detail.

      Responsibilities:

      • Designs and maintains inter- and intra- Academy productivity tools, and provides internal capability for production of Academy resources and materials.

      • Facilitates meetings, capturing key outcomes and actions and owning project and process documentation.

      • Leads project management activities for Academy projects and initiatives.

      • Builds partnerships with Academy teammates and Line of Business (LOB) partners to proactively identify opportunities for process improvements.

      • Enables and supports program design and execution across the Academy, ensuring completeness and accuracy of outputs.

      • Provides oversight and integration of key Academy initiatives including regulatory, vendor management, and governance routines .

      • Serves as a point of contact for business level priorities and activities.

      • Manages assigned queue for all inbound requests, which may include tasks such as criteria based assignments, large or complex removals and due date changes, or WBT completion marking requests.

      • Manages and influences critical assignment activities, including but not limited to criteria-based assignments, large changes to assignments, and consulting with academy teammates on best strategy to request and execute their needed myLearning tasks.

      • Leverages reporting tool results in myLearning to provide information to requestors related to their assignment tickets.

      Required Qualifications:

      • Exceptional analytical skills with ability to comprehend, document, evaluate and improve complex business processes.

      • Must be self-motivated, self-directed, and demonstrate problem solving abilities.

      • Demonstrate very effective organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines.

      • Prior Project Management experiences - Ability to manage a project or phases of a project in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

      • Strong written and verbal communications skills.

      • Proficiencies in ELDT (Enterprise Learning Development Tool), LEAP (Learning Enablement Automated Project) tool and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio) required.

      • Strong MS Excel skills (i.e., using Pivots, various Lookups, formulas, etc.) to work with very large data sets.
