      Job Description...
      • The system administrator will work closely with AIM, DCP, other CoA resources, and the software vendor (Accela) as needed.
      • This role will focus primarily on supporting the Sr. Accela System Administrator and the customers who use Accela and other permitting-related applications.
      • The System Administrator will work with business and technical staff to estimate level of effort for requested changes, solution and document application changes, establish processes, and implement best practices.
      • The role requires the ability to troubleshoot configurations and customizations; the selected candidate will be proficient in working with the Accela vendor to open cases and see the case through to resolution.
      The Accela System Administrator will have the opportunity to perform a variety of functions in the development lifecycle, including systems analysis, programming, configuration, testing, change management, maintenance and user communication tasks to deliver new mission critical solutions to various City agencies.
