      Job Description & Summary

      The Finance Flex COE provides standardization and consistency in Level 1 support of our Firm’s budgeting & forecasting tool (FlexForecast). We deliver high quality work with a focus on “customer service”. Activities include but are not limited to: providing guidance & assistance to client service teams on FlexForecast; research & troubleshooting FlexForecast issues, testing of new software requirements.

      • Making decisions independently and resolving challenging operational/financial issues and having the business acumen to know when to reach out for help or escalate the issue;

      • Demonstrating the ability to readily adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities;

      • Demonstrating proven knowledge of reporting and systems including an interest in new technologies.

      • Leveraging oral and written communication skills, emphasizing the projection of confidence in delivering messages to client service, leadership and stakeholders;

      • Bolstering a service-oriented mindset and the ability to build a network and collaborate and,

      • Collaborating across teams to develop and execute operational initiatives, business analyses and engagement team support.

      The following additional areas are highly preferred for the Flex COE team:

      • Collaborating and building relationships with multiple teams across the firm to generate ideas and provide solutions across a variety of areas, utilizing the technology options and tools available;

      • Leveraging budgeting and monitoring tools as well as financial and reporting systems;

      • Collaborating with stakeholders/leaders to understand business problems and driving solutions through analysis and troubleshooting, and

      • Understanding of technology requirements and testing software.
