      At PwC, our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

      As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

      **Requirements:**
      - At least 4 years of experience as a Salesforce developer and administrator.
      - Proven experience with Sales, Service, and Consumer Goods clouds.
      - Demonstrated experience integrating SAP and AWS with Salesforce using Apex; experience with Mulesoft is desirable.
      - Proficiency in development with Apex, Lightning, and JavaScript; knowledge of React Native is desirable.
      - Experience leading Salesforce development teams.
      - At least 1 Salesforce administration certification and 1 Salesforce development certification.
      - A Salesforce architecture certification or a Mulesoft certification is considered a plus.

      **Responsibilities:**
      - Lead and coordinate Salesforce development projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
      - Implement and customize solutions in Salesforce using Apex, Lightning, and JavaScript.
      - Facilitate the integration of Salesforce with other platforms such as SAP and AWS.
      - Supervise and guide development team members, fostering their professional growth.
      - Collaborate with other departments to understand and meet their technological needs.
