      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and enhance the High Potential (HiPo) Program, including data analysis and program design
      - Develop and oversee intern experiences, ensuring a best-in-class onboarding and engagement process
      - Coordinate and execute signature experiences for HiPo participants, including workshops and leader engagements
      - Track program success metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies
      - Build relationships and advocate for HiPo interests with senior leaders and stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7+ years of experience in People/HR/Talent or related fields, with a focus on employee development
      - Strong program/project management skills with attention to detail across multiple initiatives
      - Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence abilities at all organizational levels
      - Data-driven mindset with the ability to define success metrics and analyze program outcomes
      - Passion for creating high-impact experiences for talent development in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience building cohort-based programs such as HiPo, rotational, or internship initiatives
      - Familiarity with the cryptocurrency or fintech sectors, particularly in high-growth settings
