- Bachelor's degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
- 1-2 years full time relevant business work experience.
- Readiness for international work assignments as proven in prior work or study experience abroad.
- Proven leadership experience in a university, community, or work setting.
- Unrestricted work authorization in the US.
- Master's Degree
- Passion for and experience in the automotive industry.
- Ability to communicate in a foreign language.
- Excellent communications skills, high initiative, team spirit.
- Ability to accept and learn from managerial feedback.
!*!The AcceleratiON Associate is an opportunity to jump start a career with the BMW Group over a period of 18 months. You’ll work within several unique rotations in various departments of the company to gain a broad range of experience, which includes two international rotations: one at the BMW headquarters in Munich and another BMW subsidiary worldwide. You’ll work with other associates on various cross-disciplinary teams and have the opportunity to work on challenging business projects while having experienced manager’s support as you move through each rotation.
AcceleratiON gain insight into business processes, strategy, culture, and the BMW Group brands from both a local and global perspective. By establishing your international network, you will support and contribute to strategic and operational projects in three different countries providing a solid basis for a successful international career at the BMW Group. Rotations include the following time frame: 6 months in a BMW Group local position, 3 months in BMW Headquarters in Munich, 6 months in a BMW Group local position and the last 3 months in a second international BMW location.
The AcceleratiON will start in Fall 2023 and will have opportunities within various areas of our sales department, during local rotations. The program offers functional and development support, senior mentorship, numerous networking opportunities and ultimately contributes to key areas of the business.

The AcceleratiON Program candidate will rotate through various departments within our MINI organization. This position will be located in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey.
