      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Schedule and coordinate outpatient therapy appointments, including Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy
      - Conduct pre-registration and update patient information in hospital systems
      - Verify insurance coverage and explain benefits to patients
      - Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of waiting rooms and equipment
      - Collect payments and issue receipts as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of two (2) years of customer service or healthcare experience
      - Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency
      - Excellent customer service skills
      - Good telephone etiquette and general knowledge of office machines
      - Ability to perform all duties of the Access Coordinator I level

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting
      - Familiarity with insurance verification processes
      - Additional certifications related to healthcare administration
      - Proficiency in using hospital systems for scheduling and patient management
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
