      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a patient resource for scheduling and billing questions, ensuring comprehensive data collection
      - Collect and post payments, issue receipts, and reconcile daily deposits
      - Conduct insurance verification, benefits explanation, and maintain patient charts
      - Facilitate authorizations and pre-certifications while tracking referrals
      - Perform additional support duties to enhance patient care activities as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma, GED, or formal educational equivalent
      - Minimum of three years of experience in registration or scheduling in a healthcare environment
      - Strong communication skills and proficiency in basic computer and keyboarding tasks
      - Excellent customer service skills and knowledge of basic medical terminology
      - Ability to operate office machines, including printers and scanners

      - Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) Certification
