      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a patient resource for scheduling and billing inquiries, ensuring comprehensive patient data collection
      - Facilitate timely and accurate billing and prompt collections of payment for services rendered
      - Conduct insurance verification and benefits explanations, including eligibility checks and gathering necessary medical records
      - Reconcile daily deposits and provide counseling to patients regarding financial information
      - Perform additional duties to support patient care activities as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent formal education
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in registration or scheduling within a healthcare environment
      - Strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and telephone etiquette
      - Excellent customer service abilities
      - Knowledge of basic medical terminology

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification as a Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA)
