Job Description

- Perform activities to manage user and system accounts,
- Troubleshoot and resolve access related issues across multiple platforms and applications,
- Develop, follow, and maintain process documentation,
- Assist project teams with access implementation activities,
- Identify opportunities for task automation and develop PowerShell scripts for task automation,
- Troubleshoot access issues, identify root cause, and implement work around, and/or permanent solution,
- Maintain personal business and technical knowledge,
- Instruct, direct, and verify the work of others, and
- Understand and adhere to Publix Information Security Policy.
- Associate degree in management information systems, Computer Science, Information Security, or other analytical disciplines or equivalent experience,
- 1+ year of professional Information Technology experience,
- IT security related experience in identity and access management, security and access design, role base access control, access management, and/or access verification,
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills including experience in organizing, planning, and executing project deliverables,
- Must be able to work overtime with little or no prior notice,
- Must be flexible and able to handle stressful situations in a professional manner,
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills,
- Ability to resolve complex business and technical issues by making decisions using sound business judgment
- Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, Computer Science, Information Security, or other analytical disciplines,
- 3+ years of professional Information Technology experience,
- 3+ years of experience in communicating with IT professionals, managers, and directors,
- 1+ year of identity and access management and/or access implementation experience,
- Certified Information Security Systems Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA), and/or Security+ certification,
- Experience in task automation via PowerShell Scripts or equivalent toolset,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability,
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a member of a team,
- Good understanding of the ITIL and MOF frameworks along with the incident, problem, and change management processes, and
- An understanding of security best practices that lead to implementation of secure solutions.

Year End Bonus
To reward associates for their contributions to the company for the calendar year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in November. In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week’s pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check. In subsequent years, the bonus is equal to two weeks’ pay.
