      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer incoming calls, providing information about services and triaging crisis situations
      - Build rapport and establish connection with callers through active listening and empathy
      - Utilize resources and referrals effectively based on callers' needs
      - Maintain accurate documentation and comply with organizational policies
      - Foster positive teamwork and communication with staff and supervisors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or General Education Diploma; Bachelor's degree or 2 years of telephonic customer service experience preferred
      - Experience in customer service, particularly in a phone-related environment
      - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
      - Proficient listening and data entry skills
      - Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in mental health or developmental disability services
      - Additional training in customer service or crisis management
      - Familiarity with community resources and referrals
