      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform initial admission screening and acceptance using approved clinical criteria
      - Collaborate with various hospital departments and facilitate relationships with physicians and nursing staff
      - Coordinate all components related to the admission/transfer of patients to ensure timely and appropriate care
      - Document and prioritize patient information for accepting healthcare professionals
      - Maintain Transfer Center data collection and provide feedback on patient transitions and outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Graduate of an accredited school/college with current licensure in state of residence (LPN, Paramedic, EMT)
      - Minimum of three years of related clinical experience in an acute care setting (ED or Critical Care preferred)
      - Ability to effectively communicate in oral, written, and electronic formats
      - Proficiency in multitasking while listening and typing at 38-40 words per minute
      - Must meet internet speed requirements: Upload 50 or more; Download 100 or more

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in emergency or critical care environments
      - Familiarity with electronic health care records and data management systems
