- Property Inspections & Maintenance - Conduct regular quality checks, troubleshoot tenant issues, and ensure accommodations are well-maintained.
- Problem-Solving & Hands-On Support - Resolve minor maintenance issues, liaise with landlords, and make sure tenants feel at home.
- Administrative Management - Handle tenancy agreements, update records, track invoices, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Tenant Support & Customer Service - Meet new tenants, guide them through the tenancy process, and ensure a seamless move-in experience.
- Supplier & Contractor Coordination - Work with letting agents, utility providers, and contractors to manage properties efficiently.

Job summary
We are seeking a dedicated Accommodation Coordinator to join our team. This role provides hands-on support and administrative assistance to ensure high-quality accommodation services for hospital staff across multiple sites in Yeovil. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining property standards, liaising with external providers, and supporting tenants.
This is a part time opportunity to work 7.5 hours per week. This can be over 2 days and may increase in the future.
