We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Account Coordinator in our Buying Services Deliverable team. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to work on exciting campaigns, collaborate with clients, and contribute to the success of our growing company.
      Key Responsibilities:
      • Execute media buys and research the best opportunities for our valued clients.
      • Review contracts with a keen eye for detail, understanding implications of terms & conditions.
      • Manage changes to media campaigns across multiple services and report on campaign performance.
      • Ensure quality, accurate, and timely execution of all client service deliverables.
      • Respond promptly to client inquiries and address issues to exceed client satisfaction.
      • Generate necessary documentation for vendor and client purchase approvals.
      • Interpret and analyze vendor contracts, ensuring alignment with Compas standards.
      • Identify, research, and resolve client, vendor, or internal issues promptly.
      • Negotiate favorable client/Compas 'make goods' when errors occur.
      • Input and maintain accurate computerized schedules/orders on a daily basis.
      • Perform quality assurance checks on 3rd party data for accurate client invoicing.
      • Understand programmatic media buying to track performance and forecast spend.
      • Provide clients with product information, job status, and Compas service updates.
      • Identify opportunities to generate cost differentials and negotiate to create savings opportunities.
      Requirements:
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
      • Strong analytical and mathematical skills necessary for daily duties.
      • Keen attention to detail, organizational skills, and strong follow-up skills.
