What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and manage service queues to ensure timely and accurate completion of requests from Account Executives (AEs)
- Participate in sales planning and collaborate with AEs to drive profitable growth through customer interactions
- Produce and analyze customer-specific reports to optimize product utilization and improve service levels
- Prepare Customer Business Reviews (CBRs) for AEs and track follow-up activities to ensure successful outcomes
- Proactively identify at-risk customers and communicate findings to AEs to enhance customer retention strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of three (3) years in a sales, sales support, or sales analysis role with experience in customer relations
- Proficiency in analytics and presentation preparation
- Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in food service or distribution industry
- Ability to learn proprietary systems such as eCommerce and Salesforce.com
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders
