What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and grow relationships with new and existing customers in the assigned territory
- Execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed gross profit goals
- Promote a wide range of medical products and services to ambulatory care providers
- Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver a comprehensive service experience
- Spend the majority of time in the field, engaging with customers face-to-face
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in sales
- Valid driver’s license and a clear driving record
- Experience managing a large product portfolio
- Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools, and advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience selling to physician offices, labs, or healthcare providers
- Experience presenting to C-suite decision-makers
- Knowledge of managing gross profit and margin performance
- Familiarity with value-based solutions and technology platforms
- 4-year degree in business or a related field or equivalent experience
