      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, focusing on upselling through deal management
      - Perform account planning and ensure strategic alignment with pre-sales and other resources
      - Drive strategic add-on and renewal business within major account customers
      - Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams to support sales efforts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - ~12+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics solutions to C-levels
      - Experience collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales quotas and manage multiple deals simultaneously
      - Ability to manage long sales cycles and nurture relationships with customers
      - Proven ability to establish trust with key stakeholders
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      - Experience with account strategies for short and long-term territory management
