What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect for new business opportunities and manage existing accounts to build a robust sales pipeline
- Lead the entire sales process from account planning and initial contact to deal closing and renewal
- Meet or exceed revenue targets while collaborating with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven ability to sell complex software solutions to small and medium companies with revenues less than $500M
- Minimum of 4 years direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and its applications in enhancing legal operations
- Experience selling to C-level executives using a consultative and value-based approach
- Ability to develop and execute an effective account plan

- College degree preferred
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas
- Comfortable managing change and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiastic about prospecting and independently managing the entire sales cycle
- Eager to help refine sales strategies and improve the sales culture
