      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prospect new business opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline
      - Manage the entire sales process for companies with revenues less than $500M
      - Meet or exceed revenue targets through strategic sales planning and execution
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions for customer needs
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven ability to sell complex software solutions using a consultative approach
      - Minimum of 4 years direct field sales experience with a track record of exceeding sales quotas
      - Experience selling to C-level executives and understanding their business challenges
      - Strong commitment to the company's mission and understanding of AI applications in legal operations
      - Ability to work independently and manage the entire sales cycle from initiation to closure

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - College degree preferred
      - Experience in corporate sector sales with a focus on small to medium-sized companies
      - Eagerness to contribute to sales strategy refinement and team culture enhancement
