What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect and qualify leads by researching potential property owners interested in becoming PadSplit Hosts
- Execute outreach strategies, including cold calling, emailing, and networking to connect with property owners
- Host discovery calls and meetings to understand property owners' needs and goals
- Deliver tailored value propositions that highlight the benefits of PadSplit's model
- Build and nurture relationships with property owners, acting as a trusted advisor
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven success in B2B or B2C sales, particularly in real estate or property management sectors
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build long-term relationships
- High level of self-discipline and motivation to thrive in a remote environment
- Familiarity with real estate investing, rental markets, and property management
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and virtual communication platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using Salesforce and Hubspot for sales enablement
- Strong presentation skills for delivering value propositions through virtual meetings
- Analytical skills to interpret market data and calculate ROI for property owners
- Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and resourcefulness in a startup environment
