What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets while scaling throughout 2025
- Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline with opportunities valued at three times your quota
- Establish trusted partnerships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Legal teams to facilitate seamless deal progression
- Stay informed on industry trends and contribute insights to product and marketing strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales within fintech or banking
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and driving strategic deals, including closing $80K+ ACV deals
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex sales cycles, including legal and InfoSec reviews
- Strong customer-centric focus and product thinking abilities
- Proficiency in using Salesforce and other sales engagement platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in driving sales from zero to first transaction
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger, etc.) and new AI tools in sales tech
- Comfortable working onsite three days a week at the employer's NYC HQ
