What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the client-facing representative of the prior authorization department, focusing on relationship management and issue resolution
- Advance execution of the client's operational and technical requirements
- Lead cross-functional efforts to align internal stakeholders
- Represent the client perspective to all internal stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
- Current and unrestricted Pharmacist license (any state)
- 3+ years of client-facing or clinical account management experience with business clients
- 3+ years of Prior Authorization experience or working within a PBM
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to travel up to 10%
