Job Description

- Collaborates to ensure timely renewal of policies, confirms all contractual documentation and full compliance with company rules
- Providing account management services to the insured and/or its local subsidiaries, while managing and developing the day-to-day relationships with clients and brokers
- Manages a portfolio of policies in coordination with Account Executive
- Responsible for follow up on outstanding Turnover Declarations
- Processes and distributes riders and rider invoices
- Responsible for Tradeliner invoices by collecting from Filesnet, checking, and distributing
- Provides new business submission support to their Sales Executives
- Performs new business KYC/KYI Checks & Tasks and prepares checklist for Sales Executive to do final validation
- Responsible for setting up of roles in Autonomy for New Business
- Provides coverage request support for New Business and existing clients as needed
- Demonstrates the ability to help with preparation and execution of Non-Disclosure Agreements and tasks related to buyers through our Enhanced Information team as needed.
- Provides Cofanet help, buyer help, and overall general support to the AE team in support of the client relationship.

BA or BS in Finance, Economics or Risk Management preferred, or previous Account Management or Sales Support experience
