Job Description

- All aspects of transactional record-keeping and controls
- Preparing and raising purchase orders on accounting system.
- Registering and matching invoices with purchase orders on the accounting system.
- Posting of invoices, payments, accruals, prepayments and other GL entries.
- Recording of bank transactions onto the accounting system and perform bank reconciliation.
- Preparation and maintaining of management accounts and financial reports.
- Analysis of financial data and resolve discrepancies.
- Reconciling of incoming and outgoing money from the banks and gateways.
- Preparing and loading payments on the bank system.
- Maintain fixed asset register.
- Preparing audit schedules, reconciling balance sheet items, and assisting in other statutory requirements.
- Reconciliation of financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing financial data.
- Reconciliation of intercompany balances.
- Collects data from the revenue platform and prepares monthly revenue-share statements.
- Assist in preparation of weekly and monthly reports for multiple platforms.
- Calculation of monthly revenue share.
- Assist in budget and forecasting.
- Preparing and submitting monthly VAT return
- Plus, other ad-hoc duties as will be required. #LI-VM1 #LI-Onsite
- BSC degree required (Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics) or Started ACCA
- 2+ years of business finance or other relevant experience
