      Are you passionate about driving growth and solving real-world logistics challenges? This position is chartered with developing and managing a sales pipeline mix of both high value and transactional accounts while executing sales and account management strategies to deliver results that will exceed output goals.

      Specifically, this individual will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within the senior management and executive teams of prospective and existing accounts, along with internal stakeholders and cross- functional teams to create and present compelling Amazon solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements.

      Key job responsibilities
      - Recruit and manage a diverse portfolio of Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) sellers for Multi-channel Distribution (MCD) and Amazon Warehousing and Distribution (AWD).
      - Consult with sellers to understand their supply chain needs through solutions-based selling
      - Develop and execute pipeline management plans to meet or exceed sales targets
      - Gather and synthesize customer feedback to drive product improvements and innovation
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product strategy with business objectives

      A day in the life
      As an Account Rep II, you'll start your day by reviewing your seller portfolio and identifying key opportunities for growth. You'll engage in consultative conversations with sellers, understanding their unique challenges and proposing tailored MCD solutions. Throughout the day, you'll analyze data to inform your strategy, collaborate with the product team on improvements, and prepare for sales review meetings. Your role will be dynamic, requiring you to balance relationship management, strategic thinking, and operational execution.

      About the team
      As a member of the Fulfillment Recruitment Team, you will be specifically collaborating with partner Direct Sales Teams/product teams - focused on the recruitment and optimization of 3P Sellers for Supply Chain by Amazon. You will be one of seven Account Representatives on this sub-team, but actively working alongside peer teams across our greater Fulfillment Recruitment & Development Team.- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience- 2+ years of inside sales experience
      - Knowledge of procurement and source to pay methods at small and medium businesses
      - Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level
      - Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent

      Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $62,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $132,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
