      Overview

      The Account Services Assistant is responsible for administrative activities and the support of the Account Services team. This individual is responsible for preparing monthly sample ticket marketing packets and performing key support tasks of the game life cycle process.

      Responsibilities

      • Audit instant ticket prize structures for mathematical accuracy and report any discrepancies.
      • Record any Post Executed Changes (PECs) to Working Papers and distribute
      • Data entry of game information into GMS, spreadsheets, documents, etc.
      • Compare game data in the Game Management System (GMS) against Working Papers for accuracy
      • Maintain Sample Ticket storage in the warehouse and maintain accurate inventory in an Excel spreadsheet
      • Prepare sample ticket marketing packets for customers and internal partners
      • Assist with preparation of customer deliverables (game rules, printing/binding working papers, press sheets)
      • Prepare game audit request and submit request with documentation to external auditors
      • Scan, manage, audit and store physical and digital records as needed
      • Pull and review vital records for audits when required

      Qualifications

      Brightstar Lottery Global Requirements

      Follow all policies such as Code of Conduct, Confidentiality, Information Security, Environmental Compliance, etc

      Education Required (high school, college degree, training, or certifications requirements)

      High school diploma or equivalent

      Experience Required (years of experience, specific industry or previous job experience requirements)

      2+ years experience in an administrative, office, customer service, or similar office role

      Skills Required (software, technical, industry, equipment, lifting, and physical requirements)

      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
      • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
      • Data entry, editing and reporting
      • Intermediate skills in math (adding, subtracting, multiplication, and division)
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
      • Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, push, pull, and twist at torso as needed to perform work
      • Must be able to stand/walk up to 4 hours on shift

      Preferred Education, Experience or Skills (preferred degree(s), software, experience, equipment, etc)

      • Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred
      • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro a plus
      • Printing industry or related experience a plus
      • Experience supporting multiple team members a plus

      At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $24.00- $26.00 per hour. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

      Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
