      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound and outbound calls to service past due accounts
      - Adhere to relevant state and federal collection guidelines
      - Negotiate payment solutions to generate revenue
      - Assist customers with inquiries in the card services call center as needed
      - Utilize tools and knowledge base to quickly resolve issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
      - Ability to be licensed by the state of Minnesota as a debt collector
      - Proven ability to manage a high volume of calls while ensuring accuracy and a positive customer experience
      - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
      - Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 6+ months of collection-related experience or first-party collections experience
      - Demonstrated technical troubleshooting skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
      - Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously in a virtual environment
      - Experience handling confidential information with integrity
      - Ability to maintain a distraction-free workspace
