What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Service past due accounts via inbound and outbound calls
- Adhere to relevant state and federal collection guidelines
- Negotiate payment solutions to generate revenue
- Encourage future card usage through a consultative approach
- Assist the card services customer service inbound call center as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ months of collection-related experience and/or First party collections experience
- 6+ months in customer service
- Must be licensed by the state of Minnesota as a debt collector
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls with detail and accuracy
- Quiet, distraction-free, secure workspace

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated computer experience and technical troubleshooting acumen
- Ability to work with integrity and respect confidentiality
- Clear and professional communication skills with customers and co-workers
