Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls from customers as an Account Services Specialist.
- Provide Legendary Customer Service by being compassionate, empathetic, and solutions-oriented.
- Adhere to state and federal collection guidelines while servicing past due accounts.
- Negotiate payment solutions to bring in revenue.
- Encourage future card usage using a consultative approach.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 6 months collection-related experience and/or first-party collections experience preferred.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience required.
- Must be licensed by the state of Minnesota as a debt collector.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls with detail and accuracy while delivering excellent customer experience.
- Must have a quiet, distraction-free, and secure workspace.
- Ability to work your entire shift using a computer, headset, and camera when requested.
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously in a virtual environment.
- Strong computer experience and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work with integrity, respect confidentiality, and maintain clear and professional communication skills.
- Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, scheduled overtime, and holidays.
