WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

• Estimated Hourly Wage: $22.00 - $25.00, plus annual bonus opportunity.
• Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
• Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
• Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2024, which is prorated based on your start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2024 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Uncover the intent behind Policyholders & Brokers, and Group Office inquiries on implementation, enrollment, and billing. Skillfully investigate, analyze, and resolve questions to exceed customer expectations.
• Review and analyze all submitted data, initiating calls to Policyholders and Brokers when needed. Ensure all information is complete and clarify any questions for smooth front-end handling.
• Provide training and explanations to Policyholders and Brokers on billing, enrollment procedures, and other business processes, ensuring efficient and effective service.
• Excel in service recovery by turning complaint/error situations into opportunities for positive customer experiences with every contact.
• Foster lasting and effective working relationships with internal and external business partners, aligning with the department's vision and goals.

VALUABLE EXPERIENCE:

• Knowledge of group insurance products
• Prior experience working in a call or contact center
