What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to service past due accounts
- Adhere to all relevant state and federal collection guidelines
- Negotiate payment solutions that generate revenue
- Encourage future card usage using a consultative approach
- Assist in the card services customer service inbound call center as necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Ability to be licensed by the state of Minnesota as a debt collector
- Experience handling a high volume of calls with attention to detail
- Must have a quiet, distraction-free, secure workspace
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 6+ months of collection-related experience or first-party collections experience
- Proven ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision in a virtual environment
- Demonstrated computer experience and technical troubleshooting skills
