- You are required to submit a Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE-450, Executive Branch Personnel Confidential Financial Disclosure Report within 30 days of entering the position and annually.

- Performing a variety of accounting and financial systems assignments to resolve accounting problems to support the production of consistent, quality financial statement information and reports that may be ad hoc in nature to meet management needs and requirements.; AND
- Identifying and analyzing emerging budgetary issues and recommending appropriate courses of action.; AND
- Preparing statistical summaries including numerical tables and graphs.
- Performing a variety of accounting and financial system assignments to resolve accounting problems to support the production of consistent, quality financial statement information and reports that may be ad hoc in nature to meet management needs and requirements.; AND
- Addressing policy issues that have a major impact on the Department, contractors, community, or the public.; AND
- Preparing statistical summaries including numerical tables and graphs used by senior management for periodic and ad hoc budget reviews and decisions.

Qualifications
You must meet the Basic Education Requirement listed in the "Education Requirements" section and the "Specialized Experience" to qualify for this series as described below.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS FOR GS-12: You must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes:

Specialized experience for this position includes:NOTE: There is no substitution of education for specialized experience at the GS-13 level.
"Experience" refers to paid and unpaid experience. Examples of qualifying unpaid experience may include: volunteer work done through National Service programs (such as Peace Corps and AmeriCorps); as well as work for other community-based philanthropic and social organizations. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills; and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
