What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee accounting analyses and process funding requests for projects
- Analyze project budgets, funding streams, and contracts
- Prepare data analysis and reports in Access, Excel, and Google Sheets
- Provide feedback to project managers on funding requests
- Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations/policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field with accounting courses
- 1 year of governmental accounting experience
- 2 years of experience in transportation project finance
- Valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving history
- Knowledge of auditing, accounting, and federal funding regulations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
