  RESPONSIBILITIES

  The unit Accounts Payable and Freight Cost Management provides professional invoice management for BASF Group companies. It cooperates with the procurement and local finance departments, actively involved in the creation of an optimized creditor process chain.

  • You are responsible for the professional invoice management for turkey-based BASF Group companies in service.
  • In the optimization of the purchase-to-pay process, you take an active part at processing internal and external inquiries (telephone, mail, chat, portals, etc.).
  • You execute FRC Checks in accordance with internal guidelines.
  • Furthermore, you ensure the avoidance of fraud cases in compliance with the guidelines.
  • Using your expertise and ideas, you support complex special topics, coordinate and find solutions.

  QUALIFICATIONS

  • commercial business training or a degree in Business Administration
  • profound experience in accounting and projects
  • fluent in Turkish and English, German is a plus
  • communicative team player who is open to changes

  • Gross annual salary (full-time): 38.000 - 43.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
