      As an Accountant and Advisory Senior, your responsibilities will include:

      1. Managing a client portfolio from bookkeeping to year-end closing, including bank reconciliation, closing journal entries, P&L analysis, and support schedules.
      2. Creating accurate accounting reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
      3. Detecting inaccuracies and investigating account discrepancies.
      4. Proposing recommendations to optimize accounting systems and procedures.
      5. Managing intercompany reconciliation processes.
      6. Participating in the consolidation process.
      7. Supporting and mentoring junior team members.

      Requirements:

      Essential competencies include:

      • A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
      • 3 to 5 years of accounting experience within an accounting firm.
      • Strong technical skills in bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and P&L analysis.
      • Proficiency in financial reporting, capable of producing accurate reports regularly.
      • Analytical skills to identify discrepancies and investigate issues.
      • Problem-solving skills for system and process improvements.
      • Knowledge of intercompany reconciliation and transaction management.
      • Experience with financial consolidation for accurate statement preparation.
      • Leadership and mentoring abilities for supporting junior staff.
      • Attention to detail, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
      • Ability to multitask efficiently without sacrificing quality.
      • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
      • Effective communication skills for complex accounting topics.
