      How You Will Contribute:

      • Ensure timely and accurate monthly financial reporting, including preparation of financial statements and operational functions such as Month-End Closing, Variance Analysis, and Accrual Accounting.
      • Maintain and monitor Prepaid Amortization schedules, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
      • Manage Lease Accounting in accordance with applicable standards (e.g., IFRS 16, ASC 842).
      • Conduct detailed Variance Analysis for financial statements and budgets, delivering actionable insights.
      • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements while ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
      • Collaborate with Statutory Auditors, providing necessary documentation, reconciliations, and explanations during audits.
      • Ensure compliance with statutory and tax regulations while addressing inquiries related to financial reporting and audits.

      The Must Haves:

      • Chartered Accountant (CA), CA Intermediate (CA Inter), M.Com, or MBA in Finance.
      • 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
      • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
      • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards, including IFRS and GAAP.

      Nice to Haves:

      • Experience with Oracle or other large ERP systems.
      • Familiarity with US GAAP and STAT reporting.
      • Background in supporting statutory audits, tax audits, and preparing indirect tax and Corporate Income Tax filings.
