      Job Description

      Job Summary:

      You will be part of the General Ledger accounting team, preparing monthly journal entries as required, submitting monthly account reconciliations and supporting teams across both accounting and finance organizations. You will become part of a dynamic accounting team. Additional ad-hoc projects will be assigned as required.

      Job Responsibilities:

      • As part of the monthly/quarterly accounting close, prepare journal entries, analyze results and reconcile balance sheet accounts for assigned areas to ensure financial statements are complete, accurate and in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
      • Continuous communication with the finance team on status of the close process overall and assigned areas of focus with regards to the close process.
      • Reconcile all intercompany accounts and record entries if needed.
      • Reconcile monthly Concur auto JE with cash and projects
      • Record Allocation journal entries and Concur expense report monthly accrual activity.
      • Working cross functionally to support and help improve various processes and controls.
      • Assist in special ad-hoc projects as requested.

      Required Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar
      • 0-2+ years of experience
      • Strong Excel skills
      • Understanding of debits/credits
      • Journal entry experience
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • A plus if experienced with ERP system Oracle and Blackline for reconciliations
