      Job Description

      Responsibilities:

      • Coordinate the team email box, respond to queries, and direct items to the appropriate area.
      • Manage passthrough invoicing processes and allocate work efficiently.
      • Produce passthrough performance and reconciliation reports using Excel and Power BI.
      • Collaborate with Packaging and Distribution Project Managers to resolve client issues effectively.
      • Supervise the credit request area, log incoming requests, and assign work to the team.
      • Raise accurate credit notes and sales invoices as necessary.
      • Dispatch invoices and credit notes via email and invoicing portals monthly.
      • Maintain team data, both electronic and paper, in line with company data protection protocols.
      • Assist the team and Team Lead Manager with updating tracking spreadsheets.

      Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

      • Experience in invoicing.
      • A finance-related qualification is desirable.
      • Educated to GCSE standard.
      • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
      • Proven time management skills.
      • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
      • Great teammate and self-motivated with a strong focus on detail.
      • Customer-focused, both internally and externally.
      • Ability to identify and solve problems.
      • Flexibility to work during busy periods, such as month-end.
      • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel.
      • Strong communication skills at all levels.
      • Familiarity with pulling reports and posting invoices in Coda.
