- Maintains financial records and ensures that financial transactions are properly recorded.
- Ensures the accuracy of entries to ledger accounts and reconciles subsidiary ledger
- accounts to the general ledger.
- Prepares balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other financial reports.
- Analyzes current costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred to predict
- future revenues and expenses.
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance & 0-3 years relevent experience required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel.
- Must possess good analytical skills and the ability to work independently.
- CPA preferred.
- Associate's Degree in Accounting or Finance & 0-3 years relevent experience required

General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems (GD-OTS) is looking for an experienced Accountant I to join our Lincoln, NE organization. We are expanding rapidly and looking for motivated and creative individuals who want to help support and shape this organization as we grow.
GD-OTS provides reliable and affordable composite products to the defense and commercial aerospace markets. With more than 60 years of expertise, GD-OTS designs, develops, manufactures, and tests a full range of composite missile and space structures, including rocket motors, pressure vessels, launch tubes and fuel tanks.
