What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support and lead the integration of acquired companies into the employer's financial systems
- Assist with the review of due diligence financial data and operational processes
- Train new colleagues on operational processes and software platforms
- Develop and maintain communication with acquired company colleagues to ensure smooth transitions
- Collaborate with local leadership on financial management and operational best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of operational workflows in the systems integration industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to influence change and work collaboratively in a matrixed environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with the full life cycle of acquisitions
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, and legal aspects related to contracts and leases
- Strong strategic thinking capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships across teams
