      Join our dynamic team in Chile as an Accountant! You'll be responsible for managing, analyzing, and ensuring the accurate registration of purchase invoices within company deadlines and policies.       DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

      The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

      • F ollows standard operating procedures to ensure compliance

      • Executes daily general ledger accounting operations

      • Prepares account reconciliation in month end closing process

      • Keeps records of account entries by compiling and analyzing accounting activities

      • Supports and executes internal controls

      • Assists with external audit requests

      • Coordinates accounting matters with peers

      • Responds to queries from the network, and advises on solutions

      • Assists with the preparation of reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other documents that project the organization's financial position

      • Supports the coordination of financial statements for completeness, accuracy, and compliance

      • Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements

      QUALIFICATIONS

      Required :

      • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

      • Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience

      • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs

      Prefer r ed:

      • Experience with Oracle Financials Cloud and other cloud-based Oracle solutions

      • Strong communication & interpersonal skills

      • Accountability to protect organization's value by keeping information confidential

      • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

      • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision

      • Ability to work well within a team
