      8:00am to 4:30pm

      Job Description:

      Duties/Responsibilities

      • Assist with the management and the preparation of annual budget process.

      • Maintain General Ledger

      • Month end / Year end responsibility, close, reporting, variance analyses

      • Reconcile balance sheet accounts

      • Prepare financials as assigned

      • Special projects as assigned

      • Assist with annual audits process

      • Assist with developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

      Required Skills/Abilities

      • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required

      • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience required; Healthcare experience preferred.

      • Knowledge of GAAP

      • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products

      • SQL Knowledge Preferred

      • CPA Preferred

      • Ability to effectively communicate with various persons

      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
