- Process and reconcile cash applications, ensuring accurate and timely posting of payments.
- Manage the full cycle of accounts payable, including invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor management.
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies related to cash applications and accounts payable.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on cash applications and accounts payable.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
