      The Corporation accounting team is seeking an accountant and the responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

      •Review, analyze and record daily corporate cash transactions.
      •Coordinate with operating units and prepare and analyze the Federal reserve Bank quarterly report.
      •Partner with operating units and corporate departments regarding cash transactions.
      •Responsible for SOX 404 testing of non-cash processes;
      •Assist with the accounting close in the preparation of monthly journal entries and schedules.
      •Prepare and perform monthly account reconciliations.
      •Responsible for the accounting for external investments.
      •Assist in developing forward pricing (government accounting) for audit fees.
      •Responsible for taking a fresh approach in the analysis of accounts ensuring compliance with corporate policies and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
      •Assist in the preparation quarterly tax schedules and Forward Pricing Schedules for the Corporate Tax department, Long Range Plans for the FP&A group.
      •Assist in the preparation of certain disclosures in the SEC 10-Q, 10-K and Proxy.
      •Responsible for special projects. • Bachelors degree in Accounting (or related field) from an accredited college
      • 2-3 years accounting working experience.
      • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel primary) • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
      • Advanced proficiency in Excel
      • SAP knowledge
      • Strong organizational, analytical skills. Effective interpersonal, and communication (oral and written) skills.
      • Ability to handle multiple and diverse tasks simultaneously.
      • Strong team orientation.
